1/9/2023 Cora received the Kindness Heart Award for waiting so patiently for her turn to play with the new ramps and balls in the block area. Then she did a great job taking turns rolling the balls. Way to go Super Friend!
1/9/2023 Kaidan received the Kindness Heart Award for sharing some finger puppet bugs with a friend who did not have any, without being asked. That was so kind!
Mrs. Hurd and Mrs. Webb’s classes celebrated the New Year last week. They are looking forward to a great year in 2023!
Preschool Parents/Guardians- Tomorrow (1/4) is an early release day. AM classes will follow the normal schedule, but there will be NO PM classes tomorrow. Friday, (1/6) is a Child Find day. There will be no preschool classes Friday.

It is with a heavy heart that I must inform you of the loss of one of our preschool family members. Mr. Fred Judy, a long-time van driver and custodian, passed away yesterday afternoon. Mr. Fred will be remembered as a person of outstanding character, someone who took great pride in his work, and-most notably-someone who loved children. Please keep his family, as well as our preschool family, in your thoughts and prayers.

11/29/22 Ava received the Kindness Heart Award for her teamwork with a friend in the block area. They were sharing and working together to build fences for the animals. Way to go Super friend!
11/28/2022 Gatlyn received the Kindness Heart Award for giving his center necklace to someone else who wanted to play so they could have a turn. He offered it without even being asked! What a great way to be a super friend!

Join us for Bourbon County Reads to Preschoolers Week happening all week long! This is a great opportunity to grab a book and read to a child under the age of 5. You'll make memories and help them on their educational journey all at the same time.

November is "Kansas Reads to Preschoolers Month". We would like to thank Miss Val from the Fort Scott Public Library for coming to our classes today to read this year's book, "Not a Box" by Antoinette Portis.
