NO ONE is allowed in the gyms or weight room before or after school.
Additionally, if you are going to participate in a winter sport (basketball, wrestling, boys swimming, powerlifting), you must have a physical and concussion form turned in to the office before you can practice next Monday, November 18th.
If you were in a Fall Sport, you are cleared. Also, please remind your parents the
Winter Sports Parents Meeting starts at 6 o’clock tomorrow evening @ FSHS.

POWERLIFTING UPDATE!
Two-a-day practices begin this coming Monday, November 18th. The first is before school from 6:20-7:30 a.m. and the second is after school from 3:30-4:30 p.m. Additionally, Coach Martin will have workouts for you over Thanksgiving break.
REMINDER: The gym bathrooms marked “STAFF” are for teachers and staff, not for students. Please use the restrooms in the Commons, H-Hallway or Ag Hall.
A K-State representative will be in the building tomorrow to visit with interested students during PM Tiger Time in the auditorium.
On Monday, November 18th, a PSU rep will be in the Commons during PM Tiger Time.
