Girard Medical Center of Fort Scott will be offering Free Sports Physicals for all USD 234 students on Tuesday, June 6th from 1 pm - 6 pm at their office at 109 S. Main in Fort Scott. All middle school and high school students participating in sports this coming school year have to have a physical completed after May 1st and paperwork signed in order to participate. It will be helpful if the KSHSAA physical form is completed ahead of time with athlete and parent signatures. You can find the physical form at the following link:
